We are a complex organization and operate as an enterprise within which are three unique legal entities. As distinct legal entities, we maintain our own Procurement teams for general purchasing and solicitation purposes. Still, we recognize the value that comes from collaboration. A variety of shared services are best accomplished across multiple entities, and thus, we collaborate to ensure those opportunities for service and delivery efficiencies may be achieved across the enterprise.
