Information for MUSC Physicians Suppliers

MUSC Physicians (MUSCP) is the physician group in the Charleston Ambulatory Services market of the MUSC Medical Center. Services provided from this group range from prevention and wellness under primary care and pediatrics to highly specialized care at outpatient clinics. MUSCP has the widest range of specialty care available at any medical center in South Carolina.

Central Procurement provides and ensures that these outpatient clinics have medical supplies, vaccines and all other supplies needed to provide excellent patient care. Central Procurement supports supply flow to the clinics from sourcing and ordering to receiving. Also housed within the Central Procurement department is supply contracting and negotiations as they pertain to the non-acute care clinic setting.
