As a SC State agency, MUSC University utilizes the statewide systems for developing and publishing business opportunities and solicitations online via
South Carolina Business Opportunities (SCBO). This site is free and accessible to all. For more information about what SCBO is and how to use it, please go to the SCBO home page at scbo.sc.gov.
Links to Award notifications are also available on the statewide system.
Suppliers must also be a “Registered Vendor” in the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) in order to bid on SC State Government solicitations. For information on how to register or update your existing registration in SCEIS, visit: procurement.sc.gov/doing-biz/registration
If you wish to bid on a State Government solicitation in SCBO and are unsure whether your business is registered with the State, visit: apps.sceis.sc.gov/SCVendorSearch/supplierSearch.do.
