Behind every group exercise class there is research, science, preparation, and a team to ensure your success. The Wellness Center is committed to providing you with the highest quality classes to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Featured Classes at the Wellness Center

The all new series of Les Mills Virtual classes have been added to the weekly Group Exercise schedule. Les Mills Virtual provides members with world class group fitness workouts featuring cutting edge exercise science, motivating instructors, and the hottest music. 

Les Mills virtual, in-person classes give members additional timeslots to attend a group exercise classes when live instructor classes are not available. Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Aquatic Water Works

Aquatic Water Works is a low‑impact, moderate‑intensity pool class designed for individuals easing into exercise or managing physical limitations. This class focuses on range of motion, gentle stretching, balance work, and light cardio and strength exercises using noodles and water dumbbells. It promotes joint‑friendly movement, improved mobility, and confidence for those recovering from injury or returning to regular activity.

Aqua Blast

Aqua Blast is a full‑body, low‑impact pool workout that blends continuous cardio, strength training, flexibility work, and core exercises. Using water dumbbells, noodles, and upbeat music, this class delivers energizing movement that elevates the heart rate while staying joint‑friendly. Open to all fitness levels, Aqua Blast offers a fun and dynamic aquatic workout with options to modify or progress.

Cycle

Cycle conditions the cardiovascular system and strengthens the lower body through a mix of hill climbs, flat roads, sprints, and sustained endurance work. Instructors provide clear, supportive coaching with music to keep the energy up throughout this all-levels ride

Cycle Strength

A dynamic hybrid class blending cardio on the bike with strength work on the mat. The first half builds heat and endurance through cycling intervals; the second half transitions into total body dumbbell strength. Suitable for all levels.

Les Mills RPM™ (Virtual)

Combines cardio peak training with music and group spinning. It's a low-impact exercise that can help you burn calories, improve your aerobic fitness, and build personal achievement.

Les Mills Sprint™ (Virtual)

30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that uses an indoor bike to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and burn calories.

Stae Fit

Stae Fit classes are designed for individuals seeking a slower-paced, low-impact workout focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being. These classes emphasize proper movement, functional fitness, and body awareness in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, recovering from injury, or simply prefer a gentler approach to fitness, Stae Fit classes offer accessible options for all fitness levels.

Stae Fit Pilates Mat

This slower-paced Pilates class focuses on core strength, balance, posture, and mobility through controlled, low-impact movement. Participants will build stability, improve body awareness, and enhance everyday functional strength in a supportive and welcoming environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Stae Fit Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga introduces gentle yoga movements to improve mobility, strength, and stability while incorporating breathwork techniques. Combining seated, supported standing, and mat based postures, this class offers accessible, confidence building movement for all fitness levels.

Stae Fit Movement and Mobility

Movement + Mobility is an active, strength supported mobility class designed to improve joint range of motion, movement efficiency, and overall body control. Using tools like light weights, benches, and functional movement drills, you’ll build stability, enhance flexibility, and develop stronger, more resilient movement patterns. This all levels class blends dynamic stretching, controlled strength work, and mobility training to help you move better, reduce stiffness, and support longevity.

Mat Fusion

Mat Fusion is an upbeat, full‑body class combining Pilates‑based control, barre‑inspired strength, and dynamic full‑body movement using bodyweight, light weights, and props. Expect rhythmic sequences, varied tempos, and creative movement designed to build strength, endurance, and power. Set to motivating music, this class feels energizing and intentional, blending precision with athletic movement in an accessible, all‑levels format.

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat blends classical Pilates principles with functional strength and mindful movement. This class focuses on core stability, alignment, breath, and controlled technique. Expect thoughtful, slower‑paced sequences that build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Supportive and accessible, this class offers a solid foundation for anyone looking to refine their Pilates practice.

Pilates Plus

Pilates Plus builds on foundational Pilates work with more opportunities for progression, increased intensity, and creative sequencing. This class incorporates dynamic sculpting variations, layered options, and rhythmic flow to elevate core strength, endurance, and full‑body conditioning. Perfect for those who enjoy a challenging, energized Pilates‑inspired workout with room to grow—always with options to modify.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice focused on long-held poses that target deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, this class blends passive stretching with gentle engagement to support mobility and release tension. Suitable for all levels, it offers a grounding, restorative complement to more active movement styles.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a steady, intentionally paced practice that emphasizes mindful movement, clear transitions, and thoughtful sequencing. While the pace is more relaxed than faster vinyasa styles, this class can include everything from foundational postures to creative variations, giving you space to explore movement without rushing. Expect supportive guidance, purposeful holds, and the option to use props to enhance alignment, control, and ease throughout your practice.

Power / Vinyasa

Power / Vinyasa Flow is an energizing, breath‑driven practice that builds strength and heat through purposeful movement. Think of it as a more dynamic version of our Slow Flow: steady, flowing sequences with added intensity, creative transitions, and opportunities to challenge balance or mobility. The pacing may lean more powerful or more vinyasa‑based depending on the instructor, offering a flexible, accessible practice that blends strength, fluidity, and mindful movement.

Strength Circuit

Strength Circuit is a moderate to high intensity class that uses barbells, dumbbells, Kettlebells and functional movements to build full-body strength, stability, and mobility. Through guided circuits, you’ll challenge all major muscle groups while improving movement quality, posture, and overall fitness. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications provided so you can progress safely at your own pace. 

HIIT

HIIT is a 30-minute high‑intensity interval training class designed to elevate your heart rate through alternating periods of hard work and rest. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and athletic conditioning using bodyweight and equipment. This high‑energy class is fun, fast‑paced, and welcoming to all fitness levels, with plenty of ways to scale up or down.

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout, using light to moderate weights and high reps to get your members lean and toned. Powering through squats, presses, lifts and curls they'll work all their major muscles as they build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster.

Les Mills DANCE

A 45-minute authentic dance experience that’s incredibly energetic and set to amazing music. LES MILLS DANCE is packed with innovative movements and sounds inspired by global dance genres. It’s modern, future focused and always evolving. The clear coaching means it is simple to master – anyone from a complete beginner to a seasoned dancer will enjoy pure dance, get a great cardio workout, and progressively grow their talents.
