Fast food is an easy option for many people, especially this time of year when balancing busy work schedules, family obligations and holiday shopping. It is typical for fast food choices to be higher in calories, sodium, and saturated fat, compared to homemade meals. Chick-fil-A is one fast-food restaurant that offers some healthier menu options, in addition to their typical higher calorie choices. This allows you to stay on track with your health goals, while still providing convenience when you need it. This healthy meal swap offers about the same amount of protein for way less fat and overall calories. Next time you find yourself stopped at any Chick-fil-A for a quick meal, you can eat this, not that!
