This recognition marks the medical center’s third consecutive “A” Safety Grade, with top ratings achieved in Spring 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026, reflecting its sustained commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality care. Hospital Safety Grades are based on more than 30 national performance measures, including rates of medical errors, injuries, and hospital‑acquired infections, and are publicly available at www.hospitalsafetygrade.org.
