The Medical University of South Carolina Center for Workplace Well-being provides dedicated well-being services for residents, fellows, and postdoctoral trainees. These offerings are designed to support trainees as they navigate the unique challenges of clinical training and academic development.
Led by Becky Aycock, Ph.D, Program Director for Postgraduate Well-being, services include:
- Well-being consultations and program support for training programs
- Presentations and educational sessions
- Individual trainee coaching
- Experiential activities that support resilience and recovery
Together, these services provide practical tools, education, and personalized support to help trainees strengthen their well-being during training and build skills that support long-term professional success.
