The Getting Rid of Stupid Stuff (GROSS) Program reflects the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) commitment to restoring joy and meaning in work. The program empowers employees to identify and submit everyday inefficiencies, frustrating processes, or unnecessary tasks that make work harder than it should be.
Submissions are reviewed by a cross-disciplinary team that partners with key stakeholders across MUSC to evaluate opportunities and implement practical solutions.
By listening to employees and addressing barriers in the work environment, the GROSS Program helps improve workflows, support team well-being, and make it easier for our people to focus on what matters most, caring for patients and supporting one another.
