Lyra Health: A Modernized Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Providing Accessible Mental Health and Well-being Support for Our People
At MUSC, we are committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of our employees and their families. All MUSC employees and their families, across all entities, have access to Lyra Health, a confidential mental health and well-being Employee Assistance Program (EAP), that offers modern, accessible, and expanded support beyond traditional EAP services.
Through Lyra, employees and their family members have access to six free sessions per calendar year, including therapy and coaching, as well as expanded work-life services, including financial wellness support, legal consultations, and identity theft support.
Lyra provides personalized support for adults, couples, children, teens, and families. The care and support is flexible, with both virtual and in-person options available, and meeting a wide range of needs, including stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, parenting support, and life transitions.
