The Well-being Clinician Team at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) serves as a trusted resource for individuals, teams, and leaders across the enterprise. Led by Tenelle Jones Anderson, the team provides support, consultation, and programming designed to strengthen resilience, prevent burnout, and foster a culture of well-being.

How the Team Supports MUSC

The Well-being Clinician Team offers:

  • Coaching and support sessions for individuals and teams
  • Consultations with leaders to strengthen team well-being
  • Well-being rounding to support frontline teams
  • Interactive workshops and learning programs

These services are available to employees and learners across MUSC.
