Finance & Operations

The Executive Vice President for Finance and Operations provides management and leadership to the various units in the division as well as provides support to the other key missions of MUSC. The Vice President reports to the President of the University. They oversee the operations of the Presidents' Office and are directly responsible for three main university units: Engineering & Facilities, Finance, and Operations.

Some of the many services provided to Faculty, Staff, and Students include; Parking, Transportation, Human Resources Management, Mail Service, Public Safety, Financial operations including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Cashier, Grants and Contract Accounting, Housekeeping, Building, and Grounds Maintenance, Recycling, Printing Services, and more.

Aaron D. Howell, CPA, MBA, Interim Executive Vice President for Finance & Operations oversees the operations of the Presidents' Office and is directly responsible for three main university units: Engineering & Facilities, University Finance, and University Operations.
