This High Intensity Training Program is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual.This program has the same basic format as the regular H.I.T.S. Program but it only lasts 45 minutes. Stop by the membership desk in the main lobby of the Wellness Center to sign up for this express class.
