Take the F.I.T. Camp challenge and start feeling better than ever! Join this intensive cardio and strength training program to get on the right track. Meet with a personal trainer in a group session twice a week and be monitored the rest of the time with a weekly training regimen, nutrition guidelines, food logs, and additional workouts. This program is designed to provide training adaptations in both strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as improve body composition.
