Nearly everyone is interested in looking and feeling as young as they possibly can. Steps we take in early and mid-life will determine whether our bodies age successfully or bear the marks of wear and tear.

Please join us at our next meeting to learn more about the physiological basis of aging and how our lifestyle choices affect how quickly we age. We will focus in depth on the skin (the most evident sign of aging) as well as the spine (hidden, more chronic symptoms of wear). Dr. Jennifer Perdue will speak on spinal health from her perspective as a practitioner of wellness. We are also open to discussion on any topic of aging that attendees are interested in. We hope to see you there!
