The Berry Islands is a cluster of 30 largely uninhabited islands, cays, and spectacular reefs, that make up part of the Bahama Island chain. With a land mass of only 15 sq. miles sprawled over 40 miles of open ocean they provide one of the best fishing and snorkeling opportunities available in the area. As tourism increases this string of tiny islands will feel and show the impact of their eager visitors. We felt fortunate to explore them and enjoy their natural beauty. However, we found evidence of careless visitors at every stop we made.
