Need a little stress relief? Then this new program is for you. Mother's Morning (work) Out is designed to give Moms the perfect workout to develop muscle definition and improve body composition. This 60-minute workout will include toning with weights, cardio intervals, and balance/stretching segments. Total mental and physical well-being will be emphasized. Sign up today at the membership desk in the main lobby of the Wellness Center.
