1. Understand the long term risk of recurrent subarachnoid hemorrhage after clipping and coiling of a ruptured aneurysm.
2. Understand the current clinical outcomes of coiling of ruptured aneurysm.
3. Understand the impact on patient management of a successful large prospective randomized trial.
