Sign up today for this popular intensive cardio and strength training program. Join F.I.T.Camp to feel better than ever. You will meet with a personal trainer in a group setting two days a week and will be monitored the rest of the time with a weekly training regimen, nutrition guidelines, food logs, and additional workouts.
