March is National Nutrition Month. In honor of the theme "Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day," the MUSC Dietetic Interns present this daily nutrition tip.
Enact Family Meal Time. Skip the fast food and set a regular meal time when your family cooks and eats together. Turn off the TV, phones and other electronic devices to encourage mealtime talk. Get kids involved in meal planning and use this time to teach them about good nutrition.
