Beginner and Intermediate Masters Swim and Total Body Conditioning

Add a new element to your current fitness routine by joining this 4-week program at the Wellness Center Pool. This total conditioning program will improve your swimming stroke, build strength, and increase your power and endurance. Participants must be able to swim 2 lengths without stopping.
