Who is Webmakers for?

The Webmakers group is for those who create web pages at MUSC, whether beginner or advanced. All are welcome to participate by joining the mailing list, attending monthly meetings, asking or answering questions, posting meeting topics or demonstrating a useful technique to others in the group. Feel free to post your ideas, questions or answers to the entire group, so all can benefit. No question is foolish!

The group is not organized or sponsored by any one department or person. It's run by you, the users and developers. Though the list requires "approval" to join, no one is turned away. The approval process is only so we can keep some tally of the membership.

How do I get involved?

The best way to participate in the webmakers group is to be on the email list. This will allow you to participate in on-going discussion of issues related to website development on our campus and be aware of any meetings the group may have. Subscription allows all members to post questions, comments, and answers. To keep this list manageable, subscriptions need to be approved. However, everyone is approved.
