The Pillar of Excellence Award is a quarterly award to recognize Leadership achievement in organizational objectives related to the 5 Pillars of Excellence. Each quarter the Rewards & Recognition Committee accepts nominations for members of LDI for contributions to leadership development within the division. The Five Pillars include a great number of actions required by organizational leaders to make culture better for employees. Hence, nominations may include outcome leaders have taken in the course of normal duties consistent with MUSC Excellence goals and objectives. |
