The Finance and Administration Employee Recognition award is a higher level award above the P.E.E.R. Postcard.  The award is intended to be more than a "thank you" note. The Employee Recognition award should only be given to employees who demonstrate excellence in one or more of the five Pillars of MUSC Excellence.  To be nominated an employee must exhibit at least one of the organizational values of accountability, respect, excellence and adaptability.  Nominations more suited for a "thank-you" will be forwarded to the Reward & Recognition Committee for processing as a PEER Postcard.

All F&A employees are eligible to nominate and or receive an Employee Recognition Award.  Nominations must meet the Pillars of Excellence Criteria.  Nominations may be submitted on-line, or by campus mail to:  Employee Recognition Program, MSC 815, Charleston, SC 29425-8150
