The Quest for Excellence nomination process changed in 2004.
Each quarter one employee is selected from each Chief Area of Finance and Administration as its "Employee of the Quarter". Nominations are submitted to the area Chief for consideration. Anyone can make a nomination.
Deadlines for quarterly submission of nominations are: - March 31
- June 30
- September 30
- December 31
Quest Awards are presented at a Service Excellence Team Meeting.
