Criteria Details

Please consider several factors when nominating an individual for a Quest for Excellence Award.  The nominee should be an all-around excellent employee, one whom you would epitomize as one of the best employees in the Division of Finance and Administration.  This is a division-wide program and equal consideration should be given to employees of each department. 

Criteria to consider are:
Employee provides superior "customer" service.  Customers include students, faculty, staff, co-workers, visitors, or the general public.

Employee has succeeded in correcting deficiencies in the department or has eliminated problem areas.

Employee continually finds ways to increase productivity.

Employee often goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Quest for Excellence

 

Employee relates exceptionally well with all types of customers and constantly handles stressful situations in a calm and rational manner.

Employee finds ways to boost morale of department or co-workers when needed

Employee shows enthusiasm toward his or her job and shares this enthusiasm with others.
