The Systems and Procedures Department is responsible for Security Administration for the University's time and attendance system known as Kronos. Access to Kronos is granted to faculty and staff at the level necessary to perform job responsibilities. All users of the system are required to execute a Employee Confidentiality Agreement as part of their request for security access. Any violation of this agreement may subject the user to disciplinary action. All requests for security access must be approved by the user's department head or supervisor. Final approval on any access request is at the discretion of the Security Administrator or the Director of Systems and Procedures. An applicant must meet the following criteria before security access can be assigned: The applicant must have a NET ID. The applicant must complete a KRONOS Request for Security Access form (see forms library) and submit it to the Systems and Procedures department. This form must be signed (authorized) by the applicant's Department Head or supervisor for the applicant to obtain security access to Kronos.
