Telephone Services
Includes the installation, relocation, and removal of telephones. If you need installation, relocation, or removal telephones/lines, the Telephone Service Order must be submitted. Other services include the implementation and removal of features to the telephones, reporting of non-working or mal-functioning telephones or lines, ordering of State Calling Cards (which must be used by anyone placing an international call), training classes for proper telephone etiquette and dealing with unhappy customers as well as usage of features on the current telephone system, Audix installation and training, consulting services on vectoring, relocating of departments, pre-wiring and basic office telecommunications operations. YOUR DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE PHYSICAL PLANT IN THE EVENT THAT CONDUIT IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE YOUR TELEPHONE OR DATA ORDER OR IF ANY OF THE WIRES NEED TO BE RUN IN AN ASBESTOS AREA.
