Cinderella Project

It's that time of year again!! Rho Chi will be collecting gently used dresses and shoes to help local high school girls have a memorable prom. The TV show Army Wives is teaming up with the Cinderella Project crew to provide makeup and hairdo tips, as well as hosting a runway fashion show for the girls.

In addition, local vendors have supplied gift certificates, makeovers, corsages, floral arrangements and more to be raffled off to the teens in attendance. To help out, please go through your closet and consider donating any gently used dresses or shoes that you don't need anymore and encourage your friends and family to do so as well.

We will be collecting dresses and shoes the week of Feb 20-24th in the lobby on the first floor of the library from 9am-1pm. Please help us make prom a special occasion for these young ladies!!

Come get your CARES T-SHIRTS MONDAY - THURSDAY in front of the library from 12 P.M.-2 P.M.

February 13th and 14th come out to King Street Grill Downtown to eat from 11A.M. to 9 P.M. Present a business card supporting CARES that you can collect at the library during this week, present it to your server, and CARES will receive 10% of each person's bill.

February 14th- BAKE SALE from 12 P.M.-2 P.M. in front of the library. Come get a Valentines treat!

February 15th come out to Triangle in West Ashley from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. to eat in the bar area with all of your friends. All tips during this time will go to the CARES clinic to better serve the patients.
