H.I.T.S. EXPRESS is a strength and conditioning program that improves overall athleticism in any athlete or individual. Participants will become faster, stronger, more powerful and agile. This 45 minute class incorporates Olympic and Power lifting, Kettle Bells, gymnastics, balance and stability training, ropes, chains, speed and plyometric training....plus more.
