Now is the time to take the FIT Camp challenge and start looking and feeling better than ever! Join this popular intensive cardio and strength training program to get on the right track. Meet with a personal trainer in a group session twice a week and be monitored the rest of the time with a weekly training regimen, nutrition guidelines, food logs, and additional workouts. Program is designed to provide training adaptations in both strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as improve body composition.
