This workshop will focus on the process of purchasing a home and the financial aspects of home ownership. The roles of a real estate agent, attorney and mortgage consultant in purchasing a home will be discussed.

The guest speakers are Mr. Michael Fenwrick of Brand Name Real Estate, Mr. Brain Badger of Dallis & Badger Law Firm, P.A. and Mr. Zach Larichiuta of Shelter Mortgage, LLC.
