This year we are excited to announce we will be staying at a beautiful resort in Myrtle Beach (not a hotel) with affordable rates. A number of rooms/units have been blocked for our symposium. You will need to call the reservation department to make your individual reservation using the info posted below. Make sure you identify yourself with our group to receive the special rates. (*Note: A deposit of one night’s lodging will be due to secure the room at time of reservation with the remaining amount due at time of arrival.)

Lodging Descriptions

Please use the following descriptions to determine which unit will best fit your situation. Most attendees will stay in Yacht Club Villas. These units are right on the inner coastal waterway (see SRTS website for picture of the view). The following are your options:

Option 1: Hotel Room (Yacht Club Villas) on Inlet waterway- Rate: $79

Includes 1 standard room with King or 2 queen beds, 1 full bath & coffee maker.

Option 2: 1-BR (Yacht Club Villas) on Inlet waterway- Rate: $99

Features private bedroom with King or 2 queen beds, master bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area, cable TV with DVD player, washer & dryer and balcony.

Option 3: 2 -BR (Golf Villas) - Rate: $139

Features 2 bedrooms with varying bedding, living area, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with DVD player, washer & dryer, 2 baths and balcony. Perfect unit if attendees want to bring families, or a group of people wish to stay together.

*Note: The brand new conference center is in very close proximity to the Yacht Club Villas (few minutes walk behind the building). The Golf Villas are a few blocks away from conference center but very easy access to parking right by building. The beach is across the street (can see the ocean from high rise suites). The resort has a free shuttle that will take you to the beach.
