On Friday, October 26, at Toucan Reef,
the Student National Medical Association,
along with the professional students of MUSC, the Charleston School of Law and
the Citadel, participated in a cocktail hour/ party for the young Black professionals
in the Charleston area. The price was $10 until Friday, the 26th at 5 pm and $20 at
the door that night. The event started with two hours of socializing on the patio from
8pm to 10pm. After 10pm, the party moved inside. The attire was business casual. This
was a good opportunity to socialize and network with the young African-American professionals
in the Charleston area.
