Incident Reporting
MUSC's Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), under the direction of the ISO, coordinates security incident response across the MUSC enterprise. The CSIRT assists with incident investigation, analysis and reporting. The CSIRT should be notified whenever any MUSC system, or any system connected to MUSC's network, is involved in or affected by a security incident. This includes any computer or network security breach, and any unauthorized disclosure or modification of electronic information, involving an MUSC system.
If you believe that an MUSC system, or a system connected to MUSC's network, has been compromised, or is in imminent danger of being compromised, please report it to the CSIRT using the following procedures.
