Introduction
The Protein Science Laboratory is located on the 7th Floor of the Basic Sciences Building. This is fully equipped for protein expression and purification, and is staffed by a Research Specialist, Dzmitry Fedarovich, M.Sc. On a fee basis, this lab will produce purified proteins on a large scale to support research activities at MUSC. The lab also contains equipment for biophysical characterization of proteins, including circular dichroism and dynamic light scattering
