Patient and Family Liaison Program
This program was established as a means to offer assistance to patients and their families
who have questions, concerns, suggestions, or complaints about care or services provided
by MUSC. As a service provider, you may be contacted by a Patient and Family Liaison
representative requesting your assistance in resolution of a patient concern. You may
also choose to refer individuals to the Patient Family Liaison Program when you know of a
concern or complaint that is beyond the scope in which you can affect a resolution.
