The Records Section maintains
files on incident reports and accident reports taken by Public Safety and
processes all arrest packages until a final disposition is obtained.
Upon request a copy of incident reports will be provided at no charge.
If a person is involved in an incident and needs a copy of his/her report,
it will speed up the process if you obtain your case number (OCA#) and date
the report was taken. Reports are generally available two working days
after the report is taken.
