Our national accredited Department is committed to providing a safe and secure
environment for patients, students, visitors, faculty and staff. To accomplish
our goals we maintain a professionally trained staff, including sworn police
personnel who are appointed and commissioned as State Constables by the Governor
of the State of South Carolina. They are empowered to enforce the laws of
South Carolina with statewide jurisdiction and arrest powers. We believe in
service -excellence, and each member of the Department is dedicated to this
ideal.
