available for pick up 24 hours a day at Public Safety Headquarters at 101
Doughty St.
Procedure to Obtain an Id Badge:
MUST PRESENT A PICTURE ID
Upon completion of orientation, new MUSC Employees will be sent by Human
Resources, to Public Safety, at 101 Doughty St. to get their photograph..
Hospital Employees:
ID picture will be taken during orientation.
Student Badges:
Student ID's will be made by coordinating with the individual colleges.
All Contractor Badges:
Contractor badges are scheduled thru Physical Plant Project Management. Must
bring information form provided by Project Manager, which must be filled out
by Company Supervisor.
Replacement Costs:
Lost Badge $10.00 (Universial ID) as of
07/01/2005
Department Name Changes:
When a Department changes their name, a Fee of $10.00 per
badge will be required in order to remake badges. An IIT will be sent
to the requesting Department for Reimbursement.
Scheduling Dates for Groups:
A date must be scheduled, by dialing 792-4023, for groups needing badges.
