At the end of the 6-week rotation, you will be given an opportunity to provide us with feedback about the clerkship.  Forms will be made available to you on E-Value that allow you to rate the clerkship experience as well as the teaching expertise of your Clinical Supervisors (attendings and residents).  In addition, a Feedback Lunch will be held on the last Tuesday of the rotation where you will meet with the Clerskhip Director and be given an opportunity to provide verbal feedback.

Your written and verbal comments concerning the rotation and faculty will be carefully reviewed and will assist us in making the clerkship a better clinical experience.  Feedback is also used to help us determine faculty and resident teaching awards.  Click here to view examples of course evaluation and a supervisor evaluation forms (in pdf format) that are available on E-Value.

In addition to the E-Value course and supervisor evaluations, the Institute of Psychiatry Customer Service Committee would like for students to complete the on line Trainee Satisfaction Survey.  This survey can be accessed on computers in the IOP nursing stations by clocking the blue E icon.
