Criteria for CME Receipt:

PPRNet has been awarded Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit from the American Academy of Family Physicians for the project entitled "Accelerating Translation of Research In Practice (ATRIP)" and its' participants working to improve practice adherence to diabetes care, pneumococcal & flu immunizations, and mammography guidelines. 

This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 4.00 Prescribed Credits 

by the American Academy of Family Physicians

To receive CME credit for A-TRIP participation, A-TRIP providers must:

1)     Develop/use an ongoing measurement system (do your quarterly data extract)

2)     Review your quarterly practice report

3)     Implement a system change to improve performance

4)     Adjust your system change based on updated data
