Dr. Mercer was born in Okinawa, Japan.  Currently, Dr. Mercer is a PGY2 Critical Care resident. Her areas of interest include critical care, infectious diseases, and academia. This year, Dr. Mercer hopes to gain extensive experience in critical care clinical pharmacy and develop her teaching skills. Outside of pharmacy, Dr. Mercer enjoys scuba diving, traveling, cooking, running, and spending time with her family.
