Dr. DeCoske is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He completed pharmacy school at Duquesne University in 2007. He then completed a PGY1 residency at MUSC, where he served as co-chief resident. Currently, Dr. DeCoske is our Health-System Pharmacy Administration PGY2 resident. His clinical areas of interest include hematology and oncology. Dr. DeCoske is also interested in health care policy and practice management. This year Dr. DeCoske hopes to learn the essentials of practice management and to prepare for an entry level leadership position. Dr. DeCoske currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the ASHP New Practitioner Forum Executive Committee. In his free time, Michael is an avid basketball and hockey fan and a member of the two time champion ice hockey champion Jawbreakers. Go Penguins!
