Charge (2005 - 2009)
The Curriculum Committee shall have the responsibility to:
- Ensure
that the Doctor of Pharmacy Curriculum offerings provide an education
that meets the goals and mission of the Medical University of South
Carolina and the College of Pharmacy
- Ensure that the
curriculum offerings provide the background to enable each graduate of
the College of Pharmacy to possess the competencies approved by the
faculty for the Doctor of Pharmacy graduate.
- Review the
individual course offerings on a regular basis to ensure that each
course meets the goals
and objectives established for the course offering.
- Review curriculum
changes that the committee or the faculty may request and make
recommendations
to the faculty.
- Review requests
for course deletions or additions and make recommendations to the
faculty.
- Prepare an annual
report.

| REPORTING CHANNEL/PROCEDURES:
This committee shall report to the Associate Dean. |
All new course applications must complete the Course
Description Template.
