Undergraduate
Research
A series of programs are available
for support of undergraduate students pursuing research experience in
laboratories at MUSC. Most opportunities are for summer
programs. For application materials, write to the MUSC
College of Graduate Studies.
Graduate
Training Programs
Graduate training in biomolecular
mass spectrometry can be pursued either in the Department
of Pharmacology Graduate Training Program, (see the Functional
Genomics Track), or the Molecular
and Cellular Biology and Pathobiology (MCBP) Program, (see the Biomolecular
Structural Biology Track).
Postdoctoral
Training Programs
Postdoctoral positions are
funded by an NIH Postdoctoral Training Grant (requires U.S. citizenship
or permanent residency). Other stipend sources may be available from
time to time. For
information, contact Daniel Knapp, Ph.D. (knappdr@musc.edu)
or Kevin Schey, Ph.D. (scheykl@musc.edu).
Visiting
Scientist Programs
The facility welcomes visiting
scientists for either short term or long term (e,g, sabbatical) visits.
No stipends are currently available via the laboratory for support of
such visits, thus a visiting scientist must acquire his/her own support.
We are located in room
305 of the Children's Research Institute Building at MUSC.
