QSTAR Hybrid LC/MS/MS System

This hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer produces high-quality data using API, MALDI, or electrospray ion sources. The high sensitivity and outstanding mass accuracy of the QSTAR meet the demanding requirements of peptide sequencing experiments. Analyst QS, Bioanalyst, ProICAT, and ProID software packages give the system data processing capabilities and the functionality to facilitate a variety of proteomic inquiries.
An Agilent 1100 Capillary LC system is coupled with the mass spectrometer to provide high-precision LC separations. Through the use of electronic flow control, stability is maintained through the flow rate range of 1-100 mL/min with full gradient capabilities.
