RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Research interests in my laboratory are involved in several areas in cancer therapy and nanotechnology: 1) Hormonal and genetic control of tumor growth and cell cycle regulation. 2) Experimental therapeutics and mechanism of drug-induced apoptosis. 3) Estrogen receptors mediate drug resistance and underlyingmechanisms; 5) The role of cancer stem cells in drug resistance; 4) Explore nanoparticle-based target biochemotherapy for HER2/neu+ Breast Tumors; 5)Screening and preclinical evaluation of antimicrobial nanoparticles.
