Research interests: My current interests include: 1) The mechanism of selective effect of estrogen on the vincristine or vinblastine-induced cellular apoptosis; 2) HPV (Human papillomavirus) DNA vaccines encoding CRT (Calreticulin) fragments linked to target gene HPV E7 and their immunological and antiangiogenic effects; 3) The inhibitory effect of specific siRNA on exogenous target gene HPV6bE6 in vitro and in vivo. |
