Training Programs

A major part of our routine operation is education. Our history shows that summer students, graduate students, residents, and research fellows work in our lab in a regular bases. The program will host students, residents and fellow for their research training throughout the year when there is a need. Trainees can bring in their own projects as long as they fit in the program’s scope, or the trainees will be given projects for their research rotation.

The first AO fellow is planned to start in July 2009. Our research/education program will provide adequate lab space, materials and supplies, and most importantly the guidance from the Director and other research faculty members and lab personals.

  • AO fellow (1st in summer 2009)
  • Research training for orthopaedic residents for a period of 4 or 12 months
  • Postdoctoral research fellowship (currently not available)
  • Joint training program for graduate students of Clemson University, Department of Bioengineering (currently not available)
