Each spring, the College of Nursing Alumni Association presents four scholarships to students at the Spring Homecoming Weekend. A fifth, the Gail W. Stuart Scholarship, may be awarded based on funds available.

To be eligible, students must be enrolled in one of the College of Nursing’s academic programs; be outstanding in their academic work; demonstrate an interest in student and alumni activities; and have financial need. Each scholarship award is for $2,000.

2007 recipients were Susan Newman, doctoral student, Dawn McNeil, master's student, Lynn DiVecchio, Lauren Young, and Alan Lopez, bachelor's students.
